The two songs in the split are really special, most of our songs are based on personal experiences but the two songs featured here are not. The first song Kimmy is about a cat that went missing, the lyrics are written in the cat's point of view. And the following song is a dedication for an acquaintance of ours who lost her lover and mother, two constants in her life but she still remains strong till this day.

August is so cold, it's like winter on this never snowing country, it was warmer when you were here with me now I am alone running against the wind that wipes your face, and the rain that beats on your head, and the sky that follows us everywhere. I'm still here at the same green grass field we used to run around when mother couldn't hear us knock the door. Please stay there quietly in my memory
